Sri O.P. Singh, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Sushil Kumar Rao, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the charge-sheet shall be withdrawn in view of the some defects therein. However, a fresh charge-sheet shall be issued by the competent authority to the petitioner. The charges against the petitioner are grave enough and require a free and fair investigation.
In such view of the matter, the cause, on which the instant writ petition was filed, does not survive.
The writ petition is dismissed.
