The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to regularise her services on the post of Medical Officer (Ayurvedic). The claim of the petitioner is based on the judgments of this Court referred to the writ petition.
In our opinion, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the matter pending.
We, therefore, dispose of this writ petition with a direction that if the petitioner prefers a fresh representation to the respondent no.1-Secretary Ayush, Ayush Anubhag-1, Lucknow in respect of her grievance as raised in this writ petition along with a certified copy of this order within a period of fifteen days from today, the respondent no.1 shall consider and decide the said representation in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
