Shri Rahul Jain, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed withdrawal application praying for permission to withdraw the petition on the ground that petitioner has been regularised in service by order dated 21.2.2018 passed by Mandaliya Samiti Gorakhpur Division Groakhpur . Copy of the order has been brought on record.
In view of the above the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
