There is no dispute that the petition is covered by the judgment passed by this Court on 30.01.2018 in Writ A-No.6004 of 2016 and other connected writ petitions.
In view of the aforesaid submissions of the counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel representing respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Sri Satish Chandra Yadav, learned counsel representing respondent No.7, this petition is, therefore, disposed of in terms of the judgment and order dated 30.01.2018 passed by this Court.
