"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 18.6.2001 passed by respondent No. 2 of the petitioner representation (Annexure No. 13).
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to permit the petitioner to work as Registration Clerk on daily wages, in the light of Hon'ble Supreme Court, Awadhesh Kumar case and Khagesh Kumar case."
