Grievance of the petitioners is that pursuant to the order dated 06.09.2017 in Writ-A No.41128 of 2017, the respondent No.2 has forwarded the matter for decision to the respondent No.3 by Letter No.9991-92/2017-18, dated 26.02.2018 but the respondent No.3 has not yet taken any decision.

Sri K.K. Chand, learned counsel representing the respondent No.2 and Sri R.P. Dubey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel representing the respondent Nos.1 and 3 jointly submit that the respondent No.3 shall take an appropriate decision in accordance with law within a time bound period. They further submit that he shall not delay the matter anymore.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent No.3 to take a final decision in the matter of the petitioner pursuant to the letter of the respondent No.2 dated 26.02.2018 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
