The petitioner claims to have passed High School and Intermediate from "Central Board of Education, Ajmer, New Delhi". It is alleged that the said Board is recognised under the U.P. Board Manual. Name of the aforesaid Board finds mention in the U.P. Board Manual and, therefore, High School and Intermediate Certificates issued by the said scholl is valid.
Sri I.S. Tomar, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 states on instruction that girevance of the petitioner shall be considered by the respondent No.4 strictly in accordance with law and an appropriate decision shall be taken within a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation before the concerned respondent, raising all his grievances within two weeks from today, along with a certified copy of this order and in the event such a representation is made, then an appropriate decision strictly in accordance law, shall be taken by the competent authority within a further period of six weeks, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
