Learned standing counsel has obtained instructions, according to which, the petitioner has been declared as not qualified in the physical standard test; in as much as, the petitioner's height has been found to be 167 c.m.; whereas, the minimum height required is 168 c.m.
In such circumstances, no infirmity is shown in the action of the respondents. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
