Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pramod Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents.
No part of cause of action has arisen within the territorial limits of this Court inasmuch as petitioner's husband was posted at Delhi and the officers, who have to consider petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment, are also stationed at Delhi, and therefore, remedy of the petitioner lies elsewhere.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for want of jurisdiction. It shall be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
