Order impugned records that petitioner has attained the age of 51 year, 11 month and 17 days as on 31.3.2017, and has been awarded 04 adverse entries, 03 penalties and 24 minor punishment in the last 10 years. After considering the petitioner's service record, the Committee duly constituted has found the petitioner to be deadwood, and therefore, not liable to be retained in service. Accordingly, the order of compulsory retirement has been passed against the petitioner on 21.3.2018.
The controversy raised in this petition stands adjudicated by this Court under an order of date, passed in Writ Petition No.11828 of 2018 (Shiv Charan Vs. State Of U.P. and Others).
For the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also dismissed.
