This petition for writ is said to have been filed in public interest deserves to be dismissed simply on the count that Chief Development Officer, District Ballia under a communication letter dated 08.06.2017 has already made recommendation to the Commissioner, Rural Development Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow to take appropriate disciplinary action against the Sachiv Sri Pramod Kumar Pandey and former Pradhan Pankaj Singh.
In view of the facts stated above, we do not find any just reason to interfere in the matter.
The petition for writ is dismissed.
