This application is before us for grant of leave to appeal against the judgment dated 20.08.2018 passed by learned single Bench in Writ - A No. 17620 of 2018.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondent states that the appeal preferred by the similarly situated persons bearing Special Appeal No. 812 of 2018 (Kulbhushan Mishra Vs. State of U.P. and others) has already been dismissed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.
