This appeal is preferred to challenge correctness of order dated 12.07.2018 passed by learned single Bench in Writ - A No. 14513 of 2018. The candidature of appellantpetitioner was rejected for appointment as Gram Vikas Adhikari on the ground that he was not possessing the eligibility inasmuch as not having 'CCC' Certificate. The appellant-petitioner admitted that last date for submitting the application to be considered for appointment on the post of Gram Vikas Adhikari was 10.02.2016 but the appellant-petitioner obtained the qualification concerned on 29.12.2016. This itself is sufficient to establish that on the last date of submitting the application form appellantpetitioner was not possessing the requisite eligibility.
In view of whatever stated, we do not find any justifiable reason to interfere with the order impugned. The appeal is dismissed.
