This Special Appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 24 April 2018 by which the writ petition filed by the petitioner for quashing the orders providing additional charge of Secretary of Sadhan Sahkari Samiti Limited has been dismissed.
The sole contention that was advanced by learned counsel for the appellant before the Writ Court was that there are large number of irregularities in the Society of which additional charge was given to him.
This cannot be made a ground for not taking the responsibility of the additional charge and indeed the learned Judge was justified in dismissing the writ petition for this reason.
We see no good reason to entertain this Special Appeal. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
