By the order dated 7.2.2018 passed by this Court, the compromise application filed by the parties was sent to the court below for verification of signatures of the signatories to the compromise. The court below has got signatures of the signatories to the compromise verified and has sent its report dated 27.3.2018 stating that parties have appeared before the court and accepted their photographs and signatures on the compromise.
Accordingly, the compromise application dated 23.01.2018 is allowed. This appeal is decided in terms of the compromise. The compromise shall be made part of the decree in this appeal.
