Heard learned counsel for appellant and perused the record.

This appeal under Section 19 of Family Courts Act, 1984 has arisen from judgment and order dated 29.11.2017 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Varanasi in Case No. 249 of 2017, whereby two applications have been decided by Court below.

Application No. 12C filed by wife has been allowed partly by directing appellant to pay a lump sum litigation expenses of Rs. 1500/- and Application No. 14C filed by appellant has been rejected whereby appellant sought an interim injunction directing respondents to stay at her parent's place or separately from appellant during pendency of suit.

Learned counsel for appellant pressed this appeal so far as Application No. 14C has been rejected by Court below.

We repeatedly asked from learned counsel for appellant as to how such an interim injunction can be issued directing or compelling wife to stay away from her husband, i.e., appellant, to which no reply come forward. In the circumstances, we find no reason to interfere.

Appeal is accordingly dismissed at the stage of hearing under Order 41 Rule 11 C.P.C.
