This is an appeal of the year 1994. For about 23 years, no steps has been taken by the appellant. On 20.11.2018, following order was passed:
"Learned counsel for the appellant prays for and is granted two weeks' time to remove all the defects.
List on 8.12.2017."
On 8.12.2017 nothing was done and the matter was listed to 2.1.2018. On 2.1.2018 the matter again adjourned and kept for today. Till today, steps have not been taken by the learned counsel for the appellant.
Hence, I do not find any justifiable reason now permitting the appellant to take steps after 23 years as he has been lax.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed under Chapter XII Rule 4 of the Rules of this Court.
