This criminal revision is directed against the order dated 14.11.2018 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddh Nagar, in Case No. 203 of 2015, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Bisarakh, District Gautam Buddh Nagar.
The application of the revisionist for permitting him to participate in the proceedings ha s been allowed on the cost of Rs. 2500/-. The same has been assailed before this court on the ground that the cost is unjustified.
After hearing the learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA for the State, this Court comes to the conclusion that the cost of Rs.2500/- provided by the court below for granting the revisionist opportunity to led the evidence and contest the case is not at all onerous. The order of the court below dated 14.11.2018 does not suffers any illegality.
This criminal revision fails and is, accordingly, dismissed.
