Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned AGA for the State.
The present Revision has been filed with a prayer to set aside the impugned order dated 13.7.2018 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division/Judicial Magistrate, Hasanpur, district Amroha in Criminal Complaint Case No. 181 of 2018 (Hompal Singh v. Amit Kumar alias Ashu and another) under section 494,497 IPC, Police Station Hasanpur, district Amroha by which the Criminal Complaint has been dismissed under section 203 Cr.PC.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 2 and 3 returnable within a period of four weeks. Steps be taken within a week.
Learned AGA prays for and is granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit. Opposite party no. 2 and 3 may file counter affidavit within the same period. Learned counsel for the applicant, may file rejoinder affidavit within two weeks thereafter.
List the matter after expiry of the aforesaid period.
