This Court does not find any concrete evidence having been collected by the prosecution/District Probation Officer to the effect that there was any evidence on record that if he was released on bail, he would come in association with hardened criminal or that it would expose him to moral, physical and psychological danger or that in case, he is released on bail, that would defeat the ends of justice. Rather in the social investigation report of District Probation Officer, it has been clearly stated that there is no criminal history of the accusedrevisionist or his family members, hence, in the opinion of this Court, if the accused-revisionist is released on bail, there would be no chance of his falling in the hands of known criminal. Looking to the fact that there is no evidence collected by prosecution/District Probation Officer, which may suggest that he may be exposed to moral, physical and psychological danger or that he would come in association with known criminals or that ends of justice would be defeated, if he is released on bail, this court considers that this is a fit case for grant of bail.
