Vide earlier order dated 4.12.2018, Court has passed the following order:-
" Death certificate of sole revisionist- Ram Sunder Singh is available on record.
Learned counsel for the revisionist is not aware with the death of revisionist. He prays for and is granted a weeks' time to enquire about the death of revisionist and further any legal heirs are willing to contest the case or not.
List on 12.12.2018 peremptorily."
Sri Kameshwar Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist has accepted that the sole revisionist is died.
Accordingly, the criminal revision stands abated.
