The present revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 5.8.1992 passed by II Additional Munsif Magistrate, Jhansi in Criminal Case No. 82 of 1992 (State Vs. Jugal Kishore and another) acquitting the accusedopposite parties from the charges uder Section 498A I.P.C.
Learned A.G.A. supported the judgment and order dated 5.8.1992 and submitted that the impugned order dated 5.8.1992 has been passed considering and discussing each and every facts of the case, therefore, there is no illegality in the impugned order.
I have perused the records as well as impugned order dated 5.8.1992 passed by II Additional Munsif Magistrate, Jhansi. The learned Magistrate has passed a detailed order after discussing each and every aspects of the matter. There is no illegality or perversity in the impugned order. The court below has rightly acquitted the accused-opposite parties. The revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
