Heard learned counsel for the the revisionist and learned AGA for the State.
This revision has been preferred against the order dated 25.5.2018 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.4, Allahabad in Complaint Case No.61 of 2017 (Shruti Maheshwari vs. Vickky Dalmia and others) under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Cantt, District Allahabad, whereby the opposite party no.2-accused Vikky Dalmia was permitted to go Malaysia from 1.6.2018 to 30.6.2018.
Learned counsel for the revisionist contended that the impugned order has been passed without affording opportunity of hearing to the revisionist which is not sustainable.
Learned AGA submitted that there is no illegality in the impugned order passed by the court below.
From the perusal of the impugned order, It reveals that the impugned order might have been executed.
The opposite party no.2-Vikky Dalmia is directed to appear before the trial court on 7.7.2018.
In view of the above, I find no illegality in the impugned order. In the result, instant criminal revision is dismissed.
