Learned counsel for both the parties contended that parties have compromised before this Court, which is verified by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur on 29.06.2017. Certified copy of the verified compromise is placed on record.
As complainant Prem Shankar @ Lallan Pandey has compounded the offence, in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court, proceedings of Case No. 3419 of 1999 (State v. Lallu and others) under Sections 147, 148, 427, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station - Chunar, District - Mirzapur is quashed.
Accordingly, the instant revision stands disposed of.
