This Criminal appeal has been preferred against judgment and order dated 2.5.1991 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh in Criminal Case No. 1179/1991(State of U.P. vs. Shiv Narain Agarwal and another) issuing summoning order and order dated 20.8.1993 issuing bailable warrant for appearance.
According to report of CJM, Aligarh dated 14.11.2018, revisionist K.N. Agarwal died on 19.12.1998. In support of death report, statement of Madhvi Agarwal, Meenakshi Agarwal, Prag Narain Agarwal and Sri Ramkesh Rajpoot, Sub Inspector have been recorded and documents are annexed therewith.
Since revisionist K.N. Agarwal has died, hence no purpose would be served in keeping this revision pending. The revision is dismissed as abated.
