The present revision is filed against the judgment and order dated 02.12.1992 passed by Judge, Family Court Meerut by which the learned family court has enhanced an amount of maintenance in exercise of power under section 127 Cr.P.C. to the extent of Rs. 350/- per month. This order is under challenged.
I have gone through the order, I find no illegality or infirmity in to the matter.
The matter is of the year 1993.
It appears that due to efflux of time the matter lost its significance, accordingly, the revision is rejected .
