According to the report dated 11.08.2018 of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar submitted in compliance of order dated 11.07.2018 and 21.08.2018, passed by this Court, it has been reported that the revisionist Abdul Jabbar son of Saleem has been died on 12.12.2008. On this issue death certificate and other report of S.I. Mohd. Atiq and statements of Mohd Atiq, Tyab and Saquil is annexed herewith. Hence this revision is liable to be dismissed as abated.
Accordingly, this revision is dismissed as abated.
