This criminal revision has been preferred against the order dated 04.03.2015 passed by Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/J.M., Court No. 2, Budaun in Case Crime No. 46 of 2015 under Section 363 IPC, Police Station - Bilsi, District - Budaun, whereby the prosecutrix was declared minor on the basis of her school certificate and she was send to Mahila Sarakshan Grih (Nari Niketan) Budaun.
Perused the order. As per provision of Rule 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2007 learned Magistrate has not committed any error while determining the age of the prosecutrix.
In view of above, the instant revision is dismissed .
