Heard Sri Shyam Surat Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Suresh Chandra Dwivedi, learned counsel for the private respondent no.2 as well as Sri Irshad Hussain, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent no.6 is brother-in-law of the petitioner and is harassing the petitioner for his ulterior motives.

Learned A.G.A. has accepted notice on behalf of other respondents.

¶9

As per office reports dated 30.06.2018 and 25.07.2018, two notices were issued to the respondent no. 6 but he has not responded to the notice. Hence, we proceed to decide this petition on merits.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct the competent authority before whom the inquiry is pending to conclude the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

This petition is accordingly disposed of.
