This petition for writ is preferred to have an appropriate writ, order or direction for expeditious investigation in Case Crime No. 104 of 2016 pertaining to the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 I.P.C. pending investigation at Police Station Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi.
Before approaching this Court the petitioner was not made any demand for redressal of his grievance before the senior officials of the police department.
Having considered this fact, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the petitioner to submit a detail representation along with certified copy of this order before the Superintendent of Police, Kaushambi (respondent no.2) within a period of 15 days from today. On submitting such a representation the Superintendent of Police, Kaushambi shall consider the same and ensure expeditious investigation in the matter.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
