Heard Sri Shashi Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikas Sahai, learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is fair price shop dealer and the penalty imposed upon him which he has deposited Rs. 4,000/-. He further submitted that the final report was submitted in the matter and the learned Magistrate vide order dated 17.03.2017 directed for further investigation.
Investigating officer is directed to further investigate within a period of six weeks from the production of certified copy of this order.
For the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of .
