An affidavit of compliance has been filed, which is taken on record.

Heard Sri Mohd. Asif, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikas Sahai, learned A.G.A. for the State.

In compliance of the Court's order dated 09.03.2018, Senior Superintendent of Police Aligarh, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Pandey, who is also present in the Court has filed an affidavit of compliance. Learned A.G.A. for the State has submitted that in para No.8 of the affidavit of compliance, it has been stated that the victim girl has been recovered and the accused, namely Ram Kumar @ Bajrangi has been arrested on 13.03.2018 and in this regard entry has been mentioned in G.D. No.15 dated 14.03.2018 copy of which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the affidavit. The S.S.P.Aligarh has stated that victim girl has been produced before the C.J.M.Aligarh today in Aligarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he has no instruction about this fact.

It is directed that after recording the Statement before the C.J.M. Aligarh, the victim girl may be handed over to her parents and presence of the S.S.P. Aligarh is hereby dispensed with.
