Learned A.G.A. has filed an affidavit of compliance of S.P., Kashi Ram Nagar and the same is taken on record.
Sri Anshul Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Sri V.P. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Deepak Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
It has been stated in paragraph no. 5 as well as in page no. 5-6 of the affidavit of compliance filed by the S.P., Kashi Ram Nagar that the accused-respondent no. 6 Shailendra @ Ramu has already surrendered before the court on 6.8.2018 and has been sent to jail on 18.8.2018.
In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of.
