Heard Sri Anand Pati Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri J.N. Singh, learned counsel for the respondent No.7, Sri Vikas Sahai, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 12.9.2016 passed by respondent No.2, directing the respondents to transfer the investigation, commanding the respondents to produce the progress report of the investigation of Case Crime No. 120 of 2014 under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 364, 307, 427 and 323 I.P.C., police station Achhalda, District Auraiya.

Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that matter was investigated by the C.B.C.I.D. and a charge-sheet has been submitted against respondent Nos 11, 12 and 13.

Investigating Officer of the case is directed to submit the said police report dated 13.8.2018 against respondent Nos. 6 to 10 before the competent court within two weeks from the production of a certified copy of this order.

Copy of this order shall be provided to the learned A.G.A. for compliance.

With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
