Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashish Pandey, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to conduct fair and impartial investigation in relation to case crime no. 0651 of 2017 under sections 420, 447 and 120-B I.P.C., police station Etmaddaula, District Agra.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date no efforts have been made by the investigating officer with regard to concluding the enquiry.

In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the above-mentioned case, the same may be raised before the S.S.P. Agra, who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the above-mentioned case may be ensured.

It is further directed that the S.S.P., Agra shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedily without any undue delay and police report be submitted before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.

With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
