This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned notice dated 3.1.2018 issued by District Magistrate, Lalitpur.
Learned A.G.A. pointed out that a show cause notice was issued against the petitioner by the respondent no. 2 against which he had filed a Writ Petition No. 25220 of 2017 and the same was allowed by this Court on 16.11.2017. Thereafter, respondent no. 2 has again issued notice against the petitioner on 3.1.2018, but after perusal of the said impugned notice, which have been issued against the petitioner, it is apparent that general nature of allegations has been mentioned.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we do not find any ground to interfere in the matter. Writ petition is, accordingly, rejected.
