It appears from the perusal of the order sheet of this case that this matter was referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court by order dated 24.08.2018 subject to the petitioners depositing a sum of Rs. 20,000/- with the Mediation Centre of this Court within two weeks of the stay order.
Report of the Mediation Centre of this Court dated 06.10.2018 indicates that the petitioners have failed to take necessary steps.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
