An affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Principal Secretary, Home, Government of U.P., Lucknow and the same is taken on record.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the notice of arrest dated 3.05.2018 issued to Police Station Dhoomanganj, Allahabad by S.I.T., Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow and the impugned F.I.R. dated 27.08.2010 bearing Case Crime No. 6 of 2010 under Sections 408, 409, 420 , 467, 471 and 120-B I.P.C., police station S.I.T., Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.
From the perusal of the affidavit, it appears that the Crime in question has taken place in eight districts of State besides Gurgaon at Haryana. It is stated that forty one persons were named in the F.I.R. initially but during the course of investigation, names of twenty more accused have come into light. The investigation was delayed on account of the fact that eight districts were involved where crime was committed by the accused persons moreover, investigation of the present case is at the conclusive stage. It further transpired that prosecution sanction of 21 accused is still awaited before the concerned departments and Home department has also issued direction to the concerned officers for issuing prosecution sanction.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was an employee of the company in question, Ms. Kargil India Private Limited and he has no role in the
commission of the offence.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Investigating Officer of the case is directed to conclude the investigation within six weeks form the date of production of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to appear before the court concerned within three weeks from today which shall consider the aforesaid fact while considering the bail application of applicant.
With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
