2-Heard learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
3-This criminal writ petition has been filed against the order dated 11.3.1999 passed by 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut and order dated 8.1.2003 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.3, Meerut whereby opposite parties no. 2 to 6 had been acquitted under Section 498-A I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sardhana, District Meerut.
4-According to prosecution case, First Information Report was lodged against Hamid, Masood @ Bhura, Sharafat Ali @ Kalay, Riaz, Faizan and Hafizu under Section 498-A I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. After trial, all the accused were acquitted by 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut vide order dated 11.3.1999 against that order Criminal Revision No. 140 of 1999 was preferred which was dismissed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.3, Meerut against that order the present criminal writ petition has been filed.
5- I have perusal the impugned orders and the material available on record. I do not find any illegality in the impugned orders.
6-In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed.
