Heard Sri Neel Kant Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Deepak Mishra, learned AGA for the State. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 4 to register the First Information Report against the respondents no. 5, 6 and 7 for the offence dated 28.7.2017.
Sri Deepak Mishra, learned AGA has drawn the attention of the Court towards the prayer of the present writ petition and stated that the said writ petition is not maintainable before this Court. We are of the considered opinion that the petitioner could not give satisfactory reply about the preliminary objection raised by learned AGA and also regarding the maintainability of the present writ petition.
In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority or any other alternative remedy for redressal of his grievance.
