The petitioner has instituted this writ petition under Article 226 for issuance of a writ of certiorari to quash the first information report dated 26.04.2018 which has been registered as Case Crime No.203 of 2018, under Sections 147, 302 IPC, Police Station Gandhi Park, District Aligarh.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and there is no evidence against him.
We have perused the first information report. Accordingly, we are fully satisfied that no case is made out to interfere under the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. There are serious allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R. The writ petition is dismissed being devoid of merits.
