This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of Case Crime No. 0034 of 2018 under Sections 302, 364, 201,120B I.P.C. and 3(2)(V) S.C./S.T. Act, P.S.- Kotwali, DistrictDeoria.
From the perusal of the record, it reveals that the petitioner is the informant of the aforementioned case. In case the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the investigation of the aforementioned case, the same may be raised before the Superintendent of Police, Deoria, who shall look into the matter so that fair and expeditious investigation of the aforementioned case may be ensured.
It is further directed that the S.P. Deoria shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedily without any undue delay.
With the above directions, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
