By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 11.11.2013 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur in Criminal Case No.676 of 2014 (Niranjan vs. Amarjeet) under Sections 323, 420, 504, 506 IPC and the order dated 28.4.2015 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.11, Saharanpur in Criminal Revision No.517 of 2014.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the parties have entered into compromise.
Parties may file compromise before the learned trial court, on which, learned trial court shall pass order in accordance with law.
Accordingly, this criminal writ petition stands disposed .
