This appeal was filed against the judgment and order dated 14.9.1984 passed by VIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehpur in S.T. No. 282 of 1983, State Vs. Dharam Pal, whereby the appellant was convicted under section 302 IPC and sentenced to life imprisonment thereunder.
Since the sole appellant Dharam Pal is reported to be dead, the appeal stands abated.
