Perused the impugned judgement and order and heard learned AGA for the State.
The appellants- Genda Lal and Smt. Shanti @ Phula Devi- have filed this appeal against the judgement and order dated 22.5.1992 passed by II Additional Sessions Judge, Jalaun at Orai in S.T. Nos.166/1991 and 201/1991, State Vs. Raj Bahadur and another and State versus Smt. Shanti Devi and another, respectively, Police Station- Kotwali, District Jalaun.
The report of CJM- Jalaun at Orai dated 16.07.2018 which is on record on this appeal indicates that appellants- Genda Lal and Smt. Shanti @ Phula Devi- have expired on 30.05.2017 and 30.08.2017, respectively.
In view of above, this appeal stands abated.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed as such.
