Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The revisionist-defendant in a suit for permanent injunction is aggrieved by the rejection of his application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC.

The suit appears to have been filed by the respondent-company for restraining the Trade Union from dharna pradarshan and for agitating their demands in a manner, which would interfere with the functioning of the Sugar Company during the cane crushing season.

It appears that an interim injunction has already been granted restraining the revisionist from carrying out any protest within 500 meters from the Company gates.

Counsel for the revisionist states that since an injunction has already been granted and issues that are being raised by means of this revision have already been taken as a defence in the suit, the revision may be disposed of directing that the suit itself be decided expeditiously.

Under the circumstances, this revision is disposed of with the observation that the trial Court may endeavour to decided the suit expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before it.
