Sri R.P. Dubey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states on instructions that the representation of the application for permission to organize a wrestling tournament, has been rejected by the District Magistrate, Moradabad by order dated 31.05.2018. He submits that the order dated 17.05.2018 passed in Writ-C No.17648 of 2018 (Kuwar Pal Singh vs. State of U.P. and others) has been complied with.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the petitioner shall challenge the order dated 31.05.2018 in appropriate proceedings.
In view of the aforesaid, this contempt application is dismissed.
A copy of the aforesaid order dated 31.05.2018 has been given by the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel to the learned counsel for the applicant in court today.
