Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This application has been filed alleging that the respondents have deliberately violated the order dated 13.5.2016 in Writ C No. 6760 of 2014 (Kumud Vishwakarma Vs. Union of India and 4 others) passed by the Division Bench of this Court.
After the arguments were heard at some length learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant wants to withdraw the application and, therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the aforesaid, application is dismissed as withdrawn.
