Heard Sri A.K.jagdish, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Purushottam Maurya, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State.

Learned counsel for the applicant in support of his prayer for bail submits that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive and he has committed no offence. It is next contended that in another case the applicant has been granted bail on 20.2.2018 by Coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.6311 of 2018, copy of which has been produced by the applicant's counsel which is taken on record. In that case also the applicant has explained the criminal history of 22 cases and he was charged under section 307 IPC and in the present case he is charged under sections 386 and 120-B IPC. I have perused the order passed in the bail application referred to above. In the present case neither there is any recovery nor any eye or independent witness of the alleged recovery.Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed forth before the Court. The circumstances which, according to the counsel, led to the false implication of the accused has also been touched upon at length. It has been assured on behalf of the applicant that he is ready to cooperate with the process of law and shall faithfully make himself available before the court whenever required. It has also been submitted that the applicant is languishing in jail since 8.4.2017.
