Sri Amit Mishra holding brief of Sri V.K. Agnihotri, learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of the applicant being declared juvenile, the applicant will seek proper remedy before the Juvenile Justice Board, therefore, the instant application may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the statement made by counsel for the applicant, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn without any liberty to file fresh application.
